The Louisville Stoneware Company was founded in 1815 and, although it has changed hands several times, it is still in business today, making it one of the oldest stoneware companies currently operating in the U.S.

This is a perfect set of Louisville Stoneware pieces found in an estate in Texas. I thoroughly examined the set and found no chips or cracks. The dispenser stands about 21” with the lid, 12” without. The diameter of the dispenser is about 10”. The cups are 3.5” tall and 3.5” in diameter. This set would make an incredible center piece in any retro kitchen! 

This is a handcrafted custom teddy bear by Marcia E. Wollschlager. We spoke with Mrs. Wollschlager on the phone. People would send her old coats or clothing from dead relatives and she would make bears out of them to memorialize them. She stopped making bears in 2000 so this was among her last. This bear is signed “Marcia 1999” on the bottom right foot. The tag says, '20” bear created from a wonderful Montgomery Ward Lacey mouton ladies coat. German glass eyes leather or suede paw pads embroidered noses & paw claws hard board joints'. This bear is of the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. It deserves to be in your collection!
